Show section 1-9, of the revised ordinances of American Fork City 1970, as amended, annexing an-nexing certain properties to American Fork City and establishing zoning classification for said properly. Be it ordained by the cily council of American Fork City, Utah: Section I. That the following described real properly be, and I he same is herby annexed to American Fork Cily, Utah, the corporate limits of said cily are hereby exl ended lo include said described properly, and said properly is hereby declared lo be part of American Fork Cily and shall henceforth be subject lo all of the ordinances and regulations thereof, and that the description of the boundaries of American Fork Cily as set forth in Section 1-9, of Chapter I of the revised ordinances be amended lo include I he following described properly lo-wit: Annexation Ordinance No. 12-81-1-9-56 Brooks Addition Commencing at a point on the westerly line of 4850 West Utah county road which point north 116.718 feel and west 438.309 feet from the east quarter corner of section 24, T5S, RlE, Sail Lake Base and Meridan; Thence as follows: south 88 deg. 40' 44" west 150.892 feet to the existing American Fork City boundary; Thence norlh 02 deg. 01' 42" east 3.459 feet along said boundary; thence south 79 deg 28' 18" east 79 deg. 28' 18" east 148.600 feel along said boundary; thence south 00 deg. 23' 18" east 100.518 feet along said boundary lo the point of beginning. Total acres: 0.395. Section II. Thai I he lerrilory annexed under Section I above, is hereby classified into theGC-lzone. Section III.
