Show Three More Days . . . Pleasant Grove Christmas Giveaway Program Ends Saturday, Get Tickets In Saturday, December 16, someone will get a colored Television set, courtesy cour-tesy of Pleasant Grove merchants and the Chamber of Commerce, co-sponsors co-sponsors of the annual Christmas Giveaway. The drawing will be held downtown at approximately 6 p.m. in the vicinity or in the Alhambra Theatre. Because of the type of tickets used this year and last, if you win the set you will have to match your numbered num-bered ticket with the one drawn out of the squirrel cage. A list of the winning win-ning numbers, both for the television and for many more prizes donated by Pleasant Grove merchants, will be posted in the participating stores, and also will be run in next week's issue of the Review. Merchants urged everyone to keep putting their tickets in the boxes available. Who knows, maybe you will win a valuable prize after many years of frustration. Another event Saturday is the live show given by the magician Ker Doni at the Alhambra Theater. Ker Doni will perform for a half hour of exciting ex-citing entertainment Saturday afternoon after-noon beginning at 2 p.m. Following the magic act there will be two great movies, Tom Thumb and Treasure Island. The movies will be over by 6 p.m. so the drawing can be held. Admission to the show is 50 cents and one drawing ticket, which may be deposited in the theatre lobby, and will be then put in the squirrel cage for the drawing, or $1.50 without a drawing ticket. The magic and ventriloquist act and the two shows will be four hours of super entertainment, and will also get your kids out from underfoot, if you want to shop then. Shop your downtown merchants during these last few days before Christmas, and you may win a colored TV.
