Show City Council Met Last Week Mayor Haynie reported repor-ted on his meeting with representatives of the Central Utah Water Conservancy District. He noted that Pleasant Grove is scheduled to receive 1700 acre feet of this water and that because of the location of the proposed water line, it can only be used below the elevation of the canal above this point would require pumping stations. This water will be the treated water which will come from the water treatment plant now under construction in Orem. The council voted to approve ap-prove this system and maintain it subject to a payment by the developers of one thousand dollars to be used in paying the costs of maintaining these drains by the city.
