Show Wedldlnimgs rl iv if) M ' . . ,y I Myle and Mark Walsh Jackson-Walsh Myle Jackson and Mark Walsh of Heber were married Saturday in an outdoor ceremony in Midway. Jackson is the daughter of the late Rae Ann Prescott of Park City and Curtis Jackson of Newport Beach, California. Walsh is the son of Katherine and Francis Walsh of West Hartford, Connecticut. Robert Valentine of Corona del Mar, California presided over the ceremony which was attended by over 100 close friends and relatives and the couple's Chesapeake Bay retriever Omak. Cindy Moon, a close friend of the couple, flew in from Maui for the occasion. Vocalist Maggie Reno and guitarist Brooks Bloomfield provided the music during the ceremony. The bride's gown was handmade by Alice Tanner of Coalville from Chinese silk and antique lace. The bride's sister, Jacquie Cote of Park City, was the maid of honor and the groom's brother, David "Wolf" Walsh of Heber was the best man. Kym Meehan of Park City and Liz Sprackland of Midway were the bridesmaids and the bride's nephews, Travis and Tyler Craig, were the ushers. Travis and Tyler also led the procession, pulling a wooden wagon carrying three babies Jessica Meehan, Carmen Matthews and Ryan Houk. A reception was held following the ceremony at the Wasatch Mountain State Park Visitors Center where guests enjoyed a buffet catered by Margo and Putney Houk of Charleston and chocolate-dipped strawberries from Jana Fuca of Royal Treats. The band Liz Draper and LZ5 kept the dance floor busy. The bride and groom recently returned from a trip to southeast Asia and are now working in Park City. Myle is a hostess at Mileti's restaurant and Mark is a carpenter for Bill Hughes Construction. |
