Show Gump & Ayers takes over marketing of Aerie by Randy Hanskat On Wednesday, July 20, Gump & Ayers Real Estate, Inc. took over the marketing of the Aerie project on Masonic Hill in Park City. The marketing duties were formerly handled by the Aerie Development Company. In the agreement, Bill Kranstover, project manager for Aerie Development, will become a part of Gump & Ayers. He will continue his involvement in-volvement with the Aerie, but will be licensed with Gump & Ayers. Rick Wid-dows, Wid-dows, project coordinator for Gump & Ayers, said, "Bill Kranstover will still remain involved as listing agentproject manager." The Aerie Development Company researched real estate firms in Park City, looking for a candidate to take over the marketing. Gump & Ayers had the highest volume of sales and was chosen. Why did Gump & Ayers agree to become involved with the project? "We have felt that if done properly, this project represents some of the most spectacular view lots anywhere in the Inter-mountain Inter-mountain West," said Wid-dows. Wid-dows. "It is in keeping with the Gump & Ayers philosophy of marketing the very best in Park City. Gump & Ayers is very excited ex-cited about the project." There are a total of 99 single-family lots involved in the Aerie project. Eighty lots are still unsold at the current price of $85,000 to $150,000. This doesn't worry Gump & Ayers. "Gump & Ayers feels very good about the current prices. We think they (the lots) can be successfully marketed," Widdows said. With the current prices, financing available on the lots plus Gump & Ayers' involvement, in-volvement, Widdows feels good about the Aerie's future. fu-ture.
