Show Bo soBBM? 11 LEGAL NOTICE ORDINANCE NO. 12-79A AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AMEND-ING SECTION 2.9 AND ENACTING SECTION 3.1.5.-OF 3.1.5.-OF ORDINANCE 12.79 TO CLARIFY THE TIME IN WHICH A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT OR APPROVAL APPRO-VAL BY THE ZONING ADMINISTRATION . SHALL EXPIRE. - , Be it enacted by the city council of Park City: Section 1. Section 2.9 is amended to read: 2.9 TIME LIMIT. Unless there is actual construction or a building permit issued within a period of one-year from the date of conditional use approval, the conditional use approval shall expire. The Planning Commission may orant a maximum extension of six-months under un-der exceptional circum- stancesi Section 2. Secton 3. 1 .5 is ;: enacted to read: 3.1.5 TIME LIMIT. Unless there is actual construction con-struction of a building permit issued within a period of 180 days from the date of plan approval by the Zoning Administrator, the plan approval for a permitted use shall expire. Section 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall become effective on publication publica-tion of a short summary. DATED this 11th day of December, 1980.
