Election Elec-tion of Planning Commission Chairman and Vice Chairman; Chair-man; b. Decision on Modifications Modifi-cations to approved Deer Valley Entrance Office Building Build-ing as part of the Deer Valley Resort PUD; c. Miscellaneous Miscellan-eous Sign Decisions; d. Decision on proposed Retail Building on the southeast corner of U-248 and Woodbine Wood-bine Way as a permitted use in the GC Zone but within the Frontage Protection Zone; e. Decision on proposed propos-ed Office Building on the northwest corner of U-248 and Monitor Drive as a perm iitcd use within the GC Zone but within the Frontage Protection Pro-tection Zone; f. Decision on modification to the approved Yellow Slicker four Iplex' proposed for 9th Street and Lowell Avenue in the HR-1 Zone; g. Discussion of ordinance to specify zones where the sale of time-share time-share interest in property should be allowed. Acorn Apartments: Discussion Dis-cussion of 12 residential units proposed for 1314 Empire Avenue in the RC Zone. Snowcrest II: Discussion of 13 residential units proposed for the southwest corner of Empire ' Avenue and 15th Street in the RC Zone. Thaynes Canyon 7 Subdivision: Sub-division: Discussion of three lot subdivision proposed for the southwest corner of Morning Star Drive and Thaynes Canyon Drive in the RD Zone. Prospector Ridge Subdivision: Subdivi-sion: Decision regarding modification to the approved plat for Prospector Ridge Subdivision.
