Bill Shorter, Francis Smit, Marv Steadman, Laura Thomas, Randy Thomson, and Dick Wilde. Dick Goodworth (School Superintendent) Super-intendent) and Alice O'Neill (senior citizen) are honorary board members, which means they pay no dues and have no vote, but share in decision-making. Previous RECORD mention of a loss taken by the Chamber on this year's Visitor's Guide resulted from unpaid bills and an overlap from the previous year. Bob Fleck, who directed the project, planned well so that once advertising adver-tising revenue is all collected, the Chamber should show a small profit. Sheila Ivers will head the Cultural Affairs Committee. These chairpeople may choose their co-workers, but all meetings are open to any interested chamber member, and all are urged to become involved in one or more areas. Meetings of the full board will be held every Thursday in the great room of the TMI at 8:30 a.m., and all Chamber members are invited. |
