COLLINS, PLAINTIFFS, PLAIN-TIFFS, -vs- JOHN WILSON, JOANNE JO-ANNE WILSON and all persons, unknown, claiming any right, title or interest in or lien upon the real property described in the Complaint, Com-plaint, adverse to the Plaintiffs ownership or clouding the Plaintiffs Plain-tiffs title thereto, Defendants, -vs- SECURITY TITLE COMPANY, COM-PANY, a corporation, Third Party Defendant It satisfactorily appearing from the Motion for Order for Publication of Summons and the Affidavit in Support of Motion for Publication of Summons, filed by defendants John Wilson and Joanne .Wilson, that the involuntary involun-tary plaintiff Doyle G. Collins resides outside of the State of Utah, and cannot, after due diligence, be found therein; and it appearing from the said Motion and Affidavit that this action relates to real property in the State of Utah in which the said involuntary plaintiff, Doyle G. Collins, claims an interest, and that the relief sought in said action by defendants John Wilson and Joanne Wilson consists of clearing title in the name of said defendants to the real property described in said defendants' Amended Answer, Counterclaim Counter-claim and Third Party Complaint; NOW ON MOTION of Orval C. Harrison, attorney for defendants John Wilson and Joanne Wilson, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that service of summons in this action be made upon the involuntary plaintiff Doyle G. Collins, and all other persons unknown, claiming any right, title, estate or interest in, or lien upon the real property described in the pleadings adverse ad-verse to defendants Wilson's ownership, or clouding their title thereto, by publication thereof in the Park Record a weekly newspaper published in Park City Summit County, State of Utah; and that said publication be made at least once a week for four (4) successive weeks.
