Pumpkin Brownies 2 eggs Vi c oil 1 c. honey or molasses V c. pumpkin 1 Vi c whole wheat flour Vi c soy flour Vi tsp. sea salt Vi tsp. cinnamon Vi c pumpkin seeds Mix eggs, oil, honey and pumpkin together in lg. bowl. Sift in whole wheat flour, salt and cinnamon. Stir well and add pumpkin seeds. Bake at 350 for 40 min. Pumpkin Corncakes Vi c. corn meal 1 c. boiling water 78 c evaporated milk V c pumpkin puree 1 c ww flour ' 2 tsp. baking powder 3 tsp. sea salt 1 tbsp. honey 1 egg, beaten maple syrup or honey. Gradually add the corn meal to the boiling water while stirring vigorously. Add milk and stir till smooth. Stir in pumpkin. Sift ' together flour, baking powder and salt and stir into corn meal mixture.- Stir in honey and egg.
