A selection of approximately approxi-mately 1000 paperback and hardback books will be on display in the main gallery of the art center. Doors will open at 6 p.m. Monday night and people will be invited to browse and hopefully order books for the elementary school. Marsac Elementary School Principal, Otis Falls, said it will take from three to four weeks to receive the books, if anyone wishes to order books for themselves. The motto for the Book Fair goes: "So buy a book make it two one for school and one for you" An hour after the doors open, at 7 p.m., a Reader's Theater will take place followed by a return performance of Marsac's popular band and chorus. There will also be a raffle drawing with the lucky winner choosing between either three v tennis lessons at the - Racquet Club or three swimming lessons. Refreshments will be served by ParentTeacherStudent association associa-tion (PTSA). Marsac will receive 25 percent on all paperback books ordered. The Book Fair is part of a major fund-raising drive to upgrade libraries in Park City schools. Marsac students prepare for the upcoming Book Fair Monday at the Kimball Art Center. |
