RETURNED TO THE f PEN OF THE FORMER NEBRASKA STATE TREASURER CANCELED lincoln neb aug 28 the final chapter tn the release of former state treasurer bartley carno lato this evening when gov savage following the action of the stata convention cancelled the parole of the ex treasurer surrendered him to the sheriff of the county and ordered his return to prison sheriff branson arrested mr bartley at his home tonight and took him to the penitentiary the governor had intended from tha beginning to abend mr bartley to prison at the end of fifty days parole it he did not comply with tho conditions of his release which ho thus far had failed to do ho hastened the action ho said because puo lie beamed to demand it
