WILL NOT HEAR BANK CASE JUDGE MCARTY SUFFERS AN ACCIDENT AND CANNOT BE HERE SEPT ard 3rd counley clerk received a leatter this morning from judge mccarty ot informing him that it would be impossible for the judge to hold court here september and hear etc in the citizens bank case the letter states that judge mccarty suffered an accident on the of this month in which the shin bone of his right leg was seriously injured and that he has been confined to his bed ever since ills physician advises that he may be here by september it the blerk and attorneys may arrange tor ane hearing of the case at that time if this arrangement cannot be made it will toe impossible for judge mccarty to hear the case no action has yet been tak en by the county clerk and the attorneys interested in the case
