| Show EXCITING RUNAWAY REV E I 1 GOSHEN PERFORMS A FEAT OP equestrianism an exciting runaway occurred this morning which luckily resulted la injury to no one and only slight damage to contents ol 01 the wagon A horse hitched to a pacific express wagon standing in front of the picture enlarging establishment in the st paul block on twenty fifth street east of washington became frightened and dashed down the hill reaching washington avenue it turned north to twenty fourth and west on that street to the where it was stopped A feature ot the affair was a swift ride taken by rev E I 1 goshen in order to overtake the runaway some embryo poet of ogden may yet burst forth in song and send ir boshens Gos hens equestrian feat ringing down the ages embalmer embalmed ed in verse along with Sheri dans ride and the aide ot paul revere mr goshen was coming up twenty fifth street horseback at the time the runaway dashed down the hill he immediately put epurs to bis fiery steed and chased the runaway the entire course until he succeeded in overtaking office and stopping it at the post during the time the wagon waa being dragged along the street it collided several times with telegraph and motor ahna poles and several pictures with which it was loaded were thrown out and the frames and glass broken the wagon was only slightly damaged |
