Every freshman entering the schools will bo compelled to undergo a thorough examination both physical and mental. Test of the blood, circulation circu-lation And measurements, which deal with the vital co-efficients will be I noted. At the end of the year, If It Is found that the vital co-efficient is not responding as it should and It is ascertained that the faujt Is with the student, he will be dismissed from tho I Institution on the ground that he Is ' not "co-operating with the school to j bring about a condition beneliclal to both."
