He kept his hits well scattered and did good work at critical times Lowe, who started out In the box for nGrland, was touched up frequently, frequent-ly, and in tho seventh Inning was pounded out of the box. Jensen, the Northwestern leaguf star, replaced him and held Salt Lake down without a hit. Salt Lake placed errorless ball and only one mlsplay was chalked chalk-ed up against Garland.
