Show Bingham Canyon, Utah, has made application ap-plication in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of Section 8, Chapter 67, Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925, to change the point of return of eight hundredths (.08) c.f.s. of water from an unnamed stream in Copper Center Gulch in Salt Lake County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted from said unnamed stream at a point which bears S. 47 degrees 20 minutes W. 1840 feet from cor. Sees. 25, 26, 35, 36, Twp. 3 S., Range 3 W., and used for the precipitation of copper held in solution. It was the intention jof the applicant to return the water after having been so .used to the natural channel at a point S. 66 degrees W. 1750 feet from the .NE cor. Sec. 35, Twp. 3 S., Range 3 W., S. L. B. M. It is now desired to change said .point of- return and return the water to-the natural channel at a point which bears N. 86 degrees 26 minutes W, 2244 feet from cor. Sees. 25, 26, -35, 36,, Twp. 3 S., Range 3 W. This application is designated in the State Engineers Office as File No. a846. -. All protests against the' granting of said application, stating the" reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, dup-licate, accompanied with a fee'of $1;00 and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
