Show . Notice is. hereby- given that Geocge C. Earl, whose post office address is Bingham Canyon, Utah, has made application ap-plication in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of Section 8, Chapter 67, Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925, to change the point of return of three hundredths (.03) c.f.s. of water from an unnamed stream in McGuires Gulch in Salt Lake County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted from said unnamed stream at a point which bears N. 87 degrees 20 minutes. W. 3210 feet from cor. Sees. 23, 24, 25, 26, Twp. 3 S., Range 3 W., and used for the precipitation of copper held in solution. It was the intention of the applicant to return the water after having been so used to the natural channel at a point which bears N. 87 degrees 20 minutes W. 3310 feet from the SE. cor. Sec. 23, Twp. 3 S., Range 3 W., S. L. M. It is now desired to change' said point of return and return re-turn the water to the natural channel at a point which bears N. 83 degrees 34 minutes W. 3382 feet from cor. Sees. 23, 24, 25, 26, Twp. 3 S., Range 3. West. , This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. a845. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, dup-licate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00 and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
