Show ... NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, Aug. 1, 1925.; Notice is hereby given that George C. Earl, whose postoffice address is Bingham Canyon, Utah, has made application ap-plication in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of Section 8, Chapter 67, Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925, to change the point of return of three-hurtdredths three-hurtdredths (.03)) c.f.s. of water from an unnamed stream in Ingersoll Glch in Salt Lake County, Utah, Said water is to be diverted from said unnamed stream at a point which bears S. 55 degrees 15 minutes West 2720 feet from corner Section 26, 27, 34, 35, Twp. 3 S., Range 3 W., and used for the precipitation of copper held in solution. It was the intention of the applicant to return the water after having been so used to the natural nat-ural channel at a point S. 61 degrees W. 2480 feet from the NE. cor. Sec. 24, Twp. 3 S., Range 3 W. It is now 1 desired to change said point of return re-turn and return the water to the natural nat-ural channel at a point which bears N. 9 degrees 19 minutes E. 2497 feet 1 from cr. Sees. 26, 27, 34, 35, Twp. 3 S., Range 3 W. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. a847. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons; therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, dup-licate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00 and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
