One section of the plei of the convicted New York banker came in a large express package and was signed with the names of thousands thou-sands of persons of prominence. Mrs. Morse has made another petition pe-tition for her husband and thin has been presented to President Tafl by Senator Hale. The President sent It at once to Attorney General Wicker-rham. Wicker-rham. who turned it over ot tho attorney at-torney In charge of pardons.
