Show Henry M. Baker, tho executor. It was executed on December 1. 1901. There are two eodlcals, the first dated November 17, 1903, and tu? second May 14, 1904. After appointing Henry M. Baker aol executor, without sureties, and making the bequests named abovo to relatives, the will continues in part: "I give nnd bequeath to tho Mother church. First Church of Christ. Scientist, Scien-tist, Boston, Mass,, the sum of fifty thousand dollars. ' "I give and bequeath to the Christian Chris-tian Science board of directors of the Mother church, the First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Ma-M., and their successor In office, the sum of one hundred thousand dollars, bnt nevertheless, in trust for tho following follow-ing purposes, namely: "Said trustees shall hold. Invest and re-Invest the principal of uJd fund and conservatively manago the same and shall uso tho Income and such portion of the principal from time to lime as they may deem best, for the postoffico providing free instruction of worthy Christian Scientists In Boston. 'I desire that the instruction for which provision is hereby made shall bo at the said college, but my said trustees are hereby authorized to provide pro-vide said Instruet'cm elsewhere If, in the unanimous Judgment of all the trustees, such course shall seem besL" The will ratifies and confirms agreements agree-ments relailng to the purchase of land for the site of the Mother church In Boston, and specifying the condition on which the church Bhall hold its real estate." Continuing, the will says: "I give, bequeath and devise all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of every kind and description to the Mother church, the First Church of Christ, Scientist, In Boston, Mass., in trust for the following geu oral purposes: "I desire that such portion of tho Income of my residue estate as may be necessary, shall be used for the purpose of keeping in repair the church building and my former house at 585 Commonwealth avenue, In said Boston, which has been transferred trans-ferred to said Mother church, and I desire that the balance of said Income In-come and such portion of the prlncioal as may be deemed wise, shall b& devoted de-voted and used ly satd residuary legatee le-gatee for the purpose of more effectually effec-tually promoting and extending the religion re-ligion of Christian Science, as taught bv me." In tho first codicil $5,000 Is given to Laura E. Sargent. Mrs. Eddy's attendant; a sum to the Second Church of Christ, Scientist, New York city, sufficient to pay Its indebted ness; $3.non to Mrs. Pamelia J. Leonard, Leon-ard, of Brooklyn, N. Y.. the crown of diamonds to Mrs. Augusta E. Stetson, of New York, and other bequests of personal effects. The bequest to Calvin A. Fryc is Increased to $20,000 by tho codicil. In the second codicil ihe testator directs to her executor to sell within three months her real estate in Concord, Con-cord, that the proceeds of the sale to be forthwith paid over to the directors direc-tors of tho First Church of Christ, Scientist. In Boston, to be used for such purposes In connection with the church as tho directors may determine. deter-mine. The codicil gives to the First church nil the contents of the home stead and of the building at "Pleasant "Pleas-ant View." these to be kept or disposed dis-posed of as may seem necessary by the directors HULL OF IS.
