Show NUMEROUS CLUES PROYEVALUELESS LONDON, July 18. Notwithstanding Notwithstand-ing circumstantial roporUs that Dr. Hawley H. Crlppcn has been seen at widely separated points, all the supposed sup-posed clues have proved to be valueless value-less and the London police are still without any tangible evidence that would bo likely to be lead to his arrest ar-rest Tho coroner's Inquest began today over the dismembered body which i was found burled in tho cellar of Crip-pen's Crip-pen's Hllldrop Crescent residence, and which the police have associated with the disappearance of Crlppen'a wife, Belle Elmore. The testimony today proved of small service in establishing estab-lishing the identity, as tho mass of flesh was so mutilated as to make it even Impossible for the experts to identity the victim. Inquest Adjourns for a Mpnth. After several witnesses had been examined relative to tho finding of the body, the domestic relations of Dr. Crlppen and his wife, the occurrence occur-rence at the Crlppen house on tho night of January 31, when Belle Elmore El-more was last seen alive and the interrogations in-terrogations to which Crippen's letter let-ter was subjected by friends of the singer, the Inquest wna adjourned for one month. The Scotland yard office now are of the opinion that Crlppen and Ethel Leneve, his former stenographer, and believed to have been his companion when he disappeared from his home on July 9, may be aboard the steamer steam-er Krconland, which Is due at New York tomorrow night. Will Board Vessel Immediately. NEW YORK, July 18 With the permission of Health Otflcer Doty, central office detectives will board the Kroonland, no matter at what hour she arrives tomorrow night, and mako an exhaustive search for Dr. Crlppen and the Leneve woman All the women wom-en passengers will come in for close scrutiny because of tho cabled report from Paris that Dr. Crlppen may be disguised In woman's dress.
