The mere fact that a wlfo smokes cigarettes Is not iground for her husband getting a divorce, according to a ruling by Judge Jones In the circuit court here today. Robert L. Houk 6ued Florence Houk on the ground that she rolled cigarettes while preparing meals and left them lying about to set curtains, bed clothes and the like a fire. "Several 'times she had gone to 6lecp at night with a cigarette between be-tween her fingers," paid Houk. Judge Jones rulod that 6lnce Mrs. Houk smoked in her homo and did not humiliate her husband by smoking smok-ing on the street the grounds were insufllcieut for dlvorco. |
