Show NOTICE OF INTENTION. Notice Is hereby given bv the C'lty Councll or Ogden City of the intention of such council to make the following described improvements, to-wlt: To create Eccles avenue, from 24th to 25th streets, as a sewer district, and to build therein pipe sewers S inches In diameter, connecting with the manholes of the present sewer system, and with such manholes as may be necessary, and to defray tho whole cost thereof, estimated at Thirteen Thir-teen Hundred and Seenty ($1.370 00) Dollars, by a local assessment upon the lot or pieces of ground within the following described district, being the district to be affected and bene- : flted by said Improvements, namely; Lots :,. C. 7, S. 9. 10, 11, 12. 13 and 14. Block 1, Plat "C;" Lots, 1. 18, 19, 20. 21. 22, 23. 24, 25 and 20. Block 2. Pint "C," Eecles Subdivision, all of Ogden CHy survey.
