Ore-! gon Short Line Rnllmad C'ompnny, by Us chief engineer, William Ashton, I whose postoffice address Is 3alt Lake ; City, Utah, made application in ne-i ne-i cordance with the requirements of ' Chapter 108, Session Laws of Utah. 1 1905, to appropriate ten (10) cubic j feet per second of water, which rises In Sand Ridge Cut on the Oregon I Short Line Railroad In Weber Coun- ty. Utah. Said water was to havo j boen collected In a basin, which Is situated at a point 2.000 feet west and 1,935 feet north of the southeast corner of Section 31, Township 0 north, Range 1 west.
