Show DESERTED IK ENGLAND BfWIFE FiCklng a divorce from his wife, Annie Anderson, Henry Anderson appeared ap-peared In the district court this morning morn-ing and testified that, he married Annie An-nie In England In the year 1901, but that he had not lived with her since the' year 1902. Mr. Anderson stated that his wife, without provocation and against his will and consent, deserted him In England Eng-land -eight months after their marriage, mar-riage, and that he had not seen her from that time to this. He stated that he came to this country four years ago and had lived here with hi? mother ever since. The young man stated that he felt that he should be divorced from his wife. The plalutiff testified that he had not heard from his wife since he came, to this country and had no idea as to where she might be at this lime. After hearing the testimony, the court ordered thai the plaintiff be granted an interlocutory decree of divorce. , Six months haing elapsed since the issuance of an interlocutory ,de-, cree of divorce to lizelle C. Uowman, against Archie Hay Howman. the court loda ordered that a final decree de-cree be granted. |
