Show JENSEN COMPANY CANNOT SELL MILK IN SALT LAKE Salt Lake. Feb. K.. City Food nnd Dairy Commissioner Walter J. Frav.ier sent a letter to the Jensen Creamery company notifying it of ihe revocation of Its permit to sell milk in this city and also announcing that the company would b- prosecuted If It undertrmk to s ll mlik, contrary to the ordinances of the city This step was taken bocanse of au investigation made by Mr. Frazler, which disclosed the fact, accordlug to Mr. Frazb r, that the -lensen company hud b-pn recelvinc milk from A. L. Clark i-f Farnilngton, who had b'-en denied a permit because of the unsanitary unsan-itary condition of his dairy. SoiiK time ago the company was notified not Jo receive milk from Clark, and one of Us officers at that time stated that all of Ihe Clark milk wns being shipped .to Ogden and did not come to Salt Lake Since thn, it is raid. It has been discovered that the c.-mpauy Is still receiving milk from Clark, henn action was taken to revoke the permit to the company. W. F. Jensen, president of the Jcn-seu Jcn-seu Creamery company, when called over the 'phone Monday evening, said that bis ccunpnny had not received tho notk-f of Mr. Frazler. Mr. JenBt-n further fur-ther said tht bis company was not receiving any milk from Mr. Claik In this city, and that It was llvlDg up to every requirement of the law. |
