Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Board of Directors of The Ogdrn-Lucin Copper Company, a corporation, held at the office of William Moves, at. Ogden. Og-den. Utah. Tuesday, the 29th day of March, 1910, an assessment of 4 mills per share was levied upon the outstanding out-standing capital stock of the corporation, corpora-tion, payable to E. A. Stratford, secretary sec-retary and treasurer of the company, at his office. Room 411, First National Na-tional Bank Building. 2384 Washington Washing-ton Avenue. Ogden, Utah, on or bo-fore bo-fore May 2. 1910. Any stock upon which said assessment may be unpaid un-paid on the 1st day of June, 1910, will te delinquent and advertised for sale at public auction, and unless payment pay-ment la mado before, will be sold at my office on the 25th day of June, JilO, at 12 o'clock noon, to pay delinquent de-linquent assessment, together with costs of advertising and expense of sale.
