GOVERNOR SIGNS THE TALLMAN BANKING ACT Carson, Nev., March 24 Governor Dickerson has signed the Tallnian banking act, the mining inspector bill, the anti-gambling bill and the juvenile court bill. The banking act, though not including includ-ing the guaranty feature, is almost tho smc in effect Its vital feature is the following: "Ever)' officer and director of any banking coipcralion, who shall violate any provision of this act shall be ci Illy liable for damages to any person in juied thereby and shall likewise be liable to the guaranty deposit fund of such coiporatlon for the amount of money paid out to the depositors therein." The antl gambling act provides that on and alter October, 1910, no license shall be issued for any gambling game i and makes it a misdemeanor to play any game for money.
