Show ley filed his report this morning. The latter btates that J. H. Kurtz had full charge of the Sanitarium property proper-ty from November 12. 1906, to October Octo-ber 19. 1907. and that during tha time Mr. Kurtz received monies belonging be-longing to the, company to tho amount of $H,6333: that he paid cut lurlng that time monies aggregating aggregat-ing $15.1031:1. leaving a balance ot $1,033.6::. Of this amount Mr. Knits had advanced $R25 of his own mon-'y Jo the conduct of the Sanitarium bus-iucoF, bus-iucoF, which left a balance due tho Sanitarium company of $408.62.
