Show DISASTROUS FIRE . AT HIGHLAND BOY Three-Story. Fifty-Room Structure and Two Smaller Buildings Burned. Bingham. Jan. 4. There was a dis-rstious dis-rstious fire at Highland Boy late last night, which, for a time, threatened the entire town. As a result of heroic end efficient work on the part of a volunteer fire company, assisted lAt-cr lAt-cr by a Hue of hose run down from the Yamna mine, the fire was confined confin-ed to three buildings the big three-story, three-story, fiftv-room boarding house, owned own-ed by Wllliim Mays, and two one-r.tory one-r.tory three-room building, owned by Jirnpson & BInker. The tctal loss Is estimated at $6,000, the three-story Ftruclure being valued at ?5,000 and the two smaller buildings at $1,000. This, howeer, does not Include indl-ldual indl-ldual losses by inmates. |
