TRACK MEET I Troop 16 of the Ogden Council of Boy Scouts captured the first annual track and field carnival of the organization organ-ization held at Lorln Farr Park Saturday Sat-urday afternoon with a total score of 29 points. Troop 18 finished second sec-ond with 19 points and troop 2 third with nine points.
