Economic problems of the lumber Industry will be discussed at the annual convention of the Western Ketall Lumbermen's association which will bo hold at th Hotel Utah February 16 17 nn.l 1 1 The watchwords of the convention will bo "buslnea-s" and "frankness." Every phase of tho Industry will be given thorough consideration, in accordance ac-cordance with the perllmlnary program pro-gram announced yesterday, and tho public, those Interested In every phase of lumbering frotn forestatlon to home-bulldlng, will be Invited to attend at-tend and take part In the meetings. K- Bollerm.in 'of Walla Walla, Wash., on "Short 'Cuts In Figuring Mlllwork"; J. S. Williams Wil-liams and Robert Anderson of Ixigan on "Salesman anl Customer." The Rev Peter A.
