Show ARMORY BIDS TURNED DOWN But Local Officers Believe That Work on Building Will Begin Soon That construction work on th new Ogddn armory will he started within the next two weeks i the opinion of local officers of the national guard, deeplte tho fact that at a meeting of I tho state armory board at Salt Iiko 'yesterday, four bids for the construc- tlon of the Ogd ri armory were considered con-sidered and rejected. One reason gh--len for this action was the fact that jail of tho bids submitted were higher than the amount the hoard has au-,thorilv au-,thorilv to borrow, this amount being $8f.,000. it la stated. The bids submitted were os follows- P.
