Show Judicial Ticket Will Be Decided Upon at Convention in Courthouse Tomorrow What promises to be one of the most Interesting judicial conventions ever held in the second district will come up tomorrow afternoon at the Democratic convention, at" the county court house. The interesting feature of the convention will be the action of the Democratic party upon the question of the non-partisan Judiciary which was endorsed by the Weber county Democrats in the county convention con-vention last Saturday. Three propositions are left from which the. Democrats aro to select one judge and leave the nominee blank to be filled In by the Republican Republi-can convention on June 26, if they accept the non-partisan view then the Democratic committee will name the I Republican for their ticket. The I Democrats may name the present ! judges. Alfred W. Agee and" Arthur E. j I Pratt. The third vrouosition will be jthp naming of a straight partisan ticket with two Democrats.
