Show FEARING STRIKE, LUMBER RUSHED TO COLISEUM CHICAGO, May IS. Rumors of a threatened strike of teamsters and chauffeurs led to tho rushing of lumber lum-ber to the vicinity of the Coliseum, soon to bo the scene of the national Republican convention. Streets and alleys near the building were piled high with 200,000 feet of lumber, to be used to prepare the Coliseum for the 2000 delegates and alternates and 11,000 spectators expected to attend. The strike rumors caused L. W.
