J The average amount of butter fatsj contained In tho samples was 4.1 1 pounds per hundred pounds of milk, which far exceeds tho required amount of 3.2 pounds. Mr. Felt Is now conducting milk I and butter tests In his laboratory in the city hall, and so far he ha3 found that practically all of the local dariesj arc meeting the requirements of tho law. A few samples tested recently have been found to contain moro than the allowed water contents, but an t exhibition of tho report to the dalry-pien dalry-pien has had tho desired effect, and later samples have met and passed all requirements. ! oo |
