WOMAN IS ARRESTED jg ON BOOTLEG CHARGE - SALT LAKE. June 5. Mrs. V. II. Carlaon, 250 West South Templo street, was arrested last night by Lieutenant D. H. Clayton and Sergeant Serg-eant R. B. Rogers of the police department de-partment and charged with violation of the prohibition law. Seventy-three bottles of alleged 4 1-2 per cent beer were brought to tho station with Mra. Carlson, say the police. Tho officers said Mrs. Carlaon was guilty of bootlegging, while sho maintained main-tained the liquor was for home consumption. con-sumption. She said her claim can be proven.
