Virginia,! been acted upon. Representative Graham. Gra-ham. Republican, Illinois, chairman of the full committee, announced that action ac-tion on both reports had been deferred until the next session of congress. Rep. Flood in a, formal statement said the full committee had rejected the report. He added that any report mndc by the nub-commlttee "would be j valueless and would bo rejected by. fair-minded men."
