Show ROY MAN WANTS COURT TO DECIDE : IF HE'S MARRIED Through information filed this , morning with the county clerk, Joslah Draper of Roy has asked the court to determine whether his marriage with Mary II. Hatch is legal, and if not found so to annul an-nul his ties. In, his statement, Draper seta forth that he was married , .Mary Hatch at Moreland, Idaho, in February, 191S, and at the time ho supposed that he was competent compe-tent to contract a legal marriage with her. Ho now believes, according ac-cording to his statement, that ac the time of this marriage ho was already a married man, and still tho husband of JSmlly Draper. Ho states thnt he was granted a decree de-cree of divorce from Emily Draper Dra-per on September 13, 1917, but he decree did not become final until March 13, 1918. and It was between be-tween these dates that he married the second time. He now asks that the court determine de-termine whether his marriage to Mary Hatch is valid or otherwise, and If not legal, he prays for annulment. |
