Show CONTINUE FIGHT FOR 'GAS' FREIGHT RATES SALT LAKE, April 16 The fight of the Utah Automobile association to secure an adjustment of gasoline freight rates will bo continued despite the adv.esse report made of their complaint com-plaint by Richard T. Eddy, examiner of the interstate commerce commission, commis-sion, according to an announcement made yesterday by W. D. Rlshcl, secretary sec-retary of the association. "The recommendation that the petition pe-tition be dismissed came as a complete com-plete surprise to the board of directors direc-tors of tho association," Mr. Rishol said, "after reading his digest of the ease we have been surprised that Mr. Eddy should make such a recommendation recom-mendation upon his own Interpretation Interpreta-tion of the testimony. We 'will continue con-tinue our fight." |
