Show Deaths and Funerals HUNTER The funeral of John C. Hunter was held at 12 o'clock yesterday yester-day in the Second ward chapel, Bishop ; George Browning officiating. Josc-j phine Shorten, William Gardner and Walter Stevens saug at the sorvlces. Speakers were Bishop Robert McFar-land, McFar-land, Herbert Hawkcs, John Chambers, Cham-bers, E. Kaddis and Bishop Browning. Interment was in the West Weber I cemetery. J NIELSON The funeral of Mrs. Stena B. Nelson was held in the Third1 ward chapel at 2 o'clock yesterday, j Elder H, M. Larson conducted thej services. Speakers were Patriarch E. I A. Olsen, James Erickson, Peter An-j jderson and H. M. Larson. The Ny-lander Ny-lander quartet sang vocal selections 'and Albert Erickson played a violin solo at the services. Interment was in the city cemetery. GILSON Funeral servifces for MrsJ Willard Gilson will be held at the Kir-kendall Kir-kendall chapel tomorrow morning at 11 o'clock, Reverend John Edward Carver officiating. The body will be taken to Bay City, Michigan for interment. in-terment. GAS KILL Funeral services for Mrs. Leah Gaskill, wife of Harry Gas-kill, Gas-kill, are to be held at the Kirkendall chapel tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock, Reverend Carver officiating. The body will be interred at Mountain View cemetery. BERT1NOTTI Carrie Bertinotti aged 85 years, died last night at the family residence, rear 5C6 West Second. Sec-ond. street. For 36 years she has been a res'ldent of Ogden. A daughter. Mrs. Anna Cutta, and four grandchildren survive her. The funeral will be held Monday at the SL Joseph's Catholic church. Tho body may be viewed at the home tomorrow to-morrow evening and Monday morning before the funeral. The remains were taken to the Llndquist mortuary. |
