Show PILGRIMS EMIT! PICE ST BUI Future Ruler Tells Americans in London of His Wonderful Visit to U. S. LONDON, Jan. 22. (By The Associated Asso-ciated Press) The Princo of Wales I was the puest tonight at a large and enthusiastic dinner of the Pilgrims. More than three hundred persons were present. WOCt I and far west, saying that the best proof that one had enjoyed a visit was his earnest desire to repeat it. Responding to Baron Desborough's toast the prince said: "Two months ago to the day I was very hospitably entertained by the American Pilgrims at New York and they were very strong indeed. "I visited the naval academy at An-1 napolis and the military academy atj West Point. The visits were very interesting in-teresting to me as I had been associated associat-ed with the United States army and navy during the war. It was that association as-sociation that made it possible for me not to feel a stranger. Wonderful Time in America "I had a wonderful time and I was very touched by the demonstrations! Ul uuu will. This made me realize that only personal contact Is needed to prevent any misunderstanding misunder-standing between the American democracy dem-ocracy and our own. "The cordiality has not ceased because be-cause of my departure, I am still receiving re-ceiving most charming letters, and, I may add. not all of them from the fair sex." That Is by repeating it I therefore propose taking tho first opportunity of paying another visit to the United States. I am afraid I do not know when that will be. I hope that I may have the opportunity of seeing something of the far west and of the middle west nnd of the other cities and places I had no time to visit last November.
