Editot, I have waited for i some time for som1 of our influential citizens to take this matter up, hut In i vain. l understand th.it the Ladles' Hard when organised furnished their own musical instruments and uniforms The latter of which they laundered themselves with 'bo results that they at all times make a line appearance when on the streets.
