The plan will be formally sub milled to the members of the bureau ai a meeting to be held in the Weber club rooms, November 29. The decision to incorporate was leached at a meeting of Publicity bureau directors, held Tuesday noon at the Weber club. Articles of incorporation incor-poration are being prepared and will be presented to the general meeting. Under the voluntary organization, the president of the Weber club is also president of the Ogden Publicity bureau Directors, othan than those of the club, have been selected by those contributing to Its support, a secretary being elected by this number Warren L, Wattis Is now president, and O. J. IStllwell is secretary. Following the Weber club election, which will take place in January, It is understood that changes will be effected which will al low present officers and directors to fill out terms for which they were elected. The name is being changed because it has become a general designation for civic organizations in many cities that are engaged in similar work as the Ogden Publicity bureau. The name, it Is declared, will also be more convenient in the handling of correspondence.
