Show FUERS Lieut. Douglas and His Navigator Killed at Beginning Be-ginning of Journey. LONDON, Nov. 13 Lieutenant R. Im. Douglas of the Australian flying Corps, and Lieutenant J S. L. Ross, his (navigator, who started from Hounslaw today for a flight to Australia, were killed shortly after they began their journey. Their airplane crashed near Sublton, in Surrey.
