Show UTAH WAR HEROES TO RECEIVE RECOGN'ITION SALT LAKE. Aug. 1. In accordance with the recommendations made by Governor Bamberger in his last me, sage to the state legislature, and the terms of the law which was passed. Utah officials are preparing a certificate certifi-cate which Is to be given every man from the state who took part in the war with tho armed forces abroad and at hom Senator Elizabeth Hayward, James W. McKinney and Brigadier Geneial Richard W. Young havo been appointed appoint-ed a committee to consider the form of the state's testimonial. This they now have under consideration. Present Pres-ent plans indicate that the goernr i will name a day this fall which will 'be set apart for a public demonstration demonstra-tion welcome to the returned soldiers, jailors and marines, a which the certificates cer-tificates will be given to the men entitled en-titled to them. The committee has asked for suggestions sugges-tions as to the form and wording of this certificate. The following has been submitted as a sample: (Seal.)
