Show ALIAS SUMMONS. In the district court of the Second judicial district, in and for the County of Weber, State of Utah. Edward H. Chambers, plaintiff, vs. 'Ada C. Taylor and her husband, John Doe Taylor, whose other and true name is unknown, and the unknown heirs at law, devisees and legatees of I jAda C Taylor and her husband, John' ' Doe Taylor, whose other and true name ' lis unknown; Elizabeth A Campbell, I widow, and the unknown heirs at law, devisees, legatees of Elizabeth A. 1 Campbell, widow, all the creditors of Ada ('. Taylor, and her husband, John ! i Doe Taylor, whose other and true; name ih unknown and Elizabeth aA Campbell, and all other porsons whoso names are unknown, w ho have or claim to have, any right, title, interest, in j and to the real estate described in I plaintiff's complaint on file herein. The State of Utah to said defendants: defend-ants: You are hereby summoned to appear ap-pear within twenty days af'.er service nf this summons upon you, if served! within the county in which this action is brought; otherwisu within thirty days after service and defend the above entitled action; and in case oi your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to tho demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court, together with a copy for ou. This action is brought to obtain a Judgment and decree, adjudging plaintiff plain-tiff to be the owner of, and Quieting his title against any and all claims of defendants in and to the real estate es-tate described in his complaint on rile in the above entitled court.
