Kennedy's statement in Thursda;. evening's eve-ning's issue of your paper regarding (he mobbing of one cowboy preacher wish to stat that mobs and mobbing are liable to continue, as far as 1 am concerned and for years to come, if auch cowboy preachers are allowed to call public meetings on brhalf of the gospel and after securing a fair audience, audi-ence, begin to criticise thr wearing apparel ap-parel of my wife and others. 1 wish to a-k Mr. Kennedy if he or his wife -ore present at the said mobbing and 11 he heard the insulting remarks that tins preacher made. 1 wish further to ttate that if he and his wife were there and the said preached had ut tered insulting remarks p. rtalning to "You blisters go home and get dressed dress-ed and further stated that therC was not a decent woman in Ogden now, Mr. I Kennedy, do you think you would be I man enough to stand bj your wife and say nothing or do you think vou would say, "Boys.
