Evans of ; Nephi, severely wounded; James Butler, But-ler, Casper, Wyo., seriously wounded, and James L. Shaffer of Vernal, seriously ser-iously wounded. Memorial services will bo held at the Methodist church at Downey, Ida., ; next Sunday, October 13, In honor of Captain Will H. Flood, who died August Aug-ust 14 in France. Mr. Flood was for- ' ; merly employed by tho Trist Auto company as a salesman and left In the , . spring of 1917 for tho Presidio at San , Francisco. He successfully passed tho officers' training school and after being commissioned was assigned to Camp ' Lowis, Wafiahlngton, where he was advanced to regimental personnel of- f fleer In tho 364th Infantry. , - He left for France just three months ago and was the first of his company ; , to make the supreme sacrifice Ho ; was burled on the banks of the Marno ! river with full military honors. Besides his wife, Jean C. Flood of u Los Angeles, Cal., he is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Flood, of Downey, a brother, Roy H. Flood !j of Rexburg, and two sisters, Mrs Lela - h M.
